An album of our times, Newcastle indie rock band Maximo Park return with their seventh record Nature Always Wins. “I’m so happy we were able to make this album during lockdown, as it’s been a challenging time for everyone. After almost 4 years since Risk To Exist, we wanted to explore new musical territory (for us) without sacrificing our trademark melodic twists and heartfelt lyrics. As always, the passing of time looms large, although the songs contain more affection for the past than before, and there are occasional hints of the fractious, divided time that we live in” – frontman Paul Smith

Fraser Wilson is an Australian Fitness YouTuber. He usually makes workout videos, but sometimes he also posts videos with advice on how to stay fit and healthy. Fraser’s YouTube channel offers a range of great workouts including the 10 Minute Perfect Posture Routine, the Morning Workout from Home, Beginner Abs, 5 Minute Plank Challenge and even a Before Bedtime Workout!
Listen: Lana Del Ray – Chemtrails over the Country Club
The upcoming seventh studio album by American singer-songwriter Lana Del Ray is set to be released on 19 March. Singles released prior to the album include Let Me Love You Like a Woman and Chemtrails over the Country Club. The album is set to feature a collaboration with indie pop singer-songwriters Zella Day and Weyes Blood on a cover of the 1970 song For Free by Joni Mitchell.
