It’s been a busy couple of months with the arrival of some new faces to the Trafalgar Entertainment family. We were obviously very excited to announce the launch of Jonathan Church Theatre Productions, with Jonathan Church as Artistic Director and Hope Ward-Brown as Assistant Producer.

Welcome to the August edition of Ensemble. I hope you’re all enjoying the summer and have managed to get away for a holiday or short break.

First, a quick update about the Vision and Values workshops that took place earlier this year at Trafalgar Studios. We are now in the final stages of compiling all your ideas and feedback and next month Jessamy and the team will be making a few short videos involving participants.

Exciting news this month with the announcement of Equus at Trafalgar Studios. This highly-acclaimed production from English Touring Theatre and Theatre Royal Stratford East has won a raft of 5-star reviews that will really elevate the show in the run up to opening night in July.

We’re delighted to have moved into our new offices on Wolsey Walk in Woking town centre. Howard and I live in Surrey and have based our work here and in London for over two decades.

Starting this month, we are launching a brand new jobs bulletin page which you can link directly to from the newsletter. You’ll find the link in the right hand column underneath the submit a story section. The page will be updated regularly with vacancies across the entire group including job opportunities at Stagecoach and Trafalgar Releasing.

As you all know, colleagues from our West Byfleet office and Stagecoach HQ are relocating to a brand new office development in Woking town centre from April. I’m delighted to announce that the winner of our recent competition to name the three meeting rooms in the new office is Emily O’Dell!
