Welcome to the October 2025 edition of Ensemble. 

We start with some exciting news about our highly anticipated Olympia Theatre venue in London. The Shubert Organization and Trafalgar Entertainment have just announced a ground-breaking 50:50 Joint Venture partnership for the ownership and operation of the new flagship, state of the art, 1,575 seat venue.

This historic partnership marks the first time in 100 years that The Shubert Organization (owner of 17 Broadway Theatres) has directly partnered and invested in London theatres.

It’s a hugely pivotal moment for us and the wider theatre industry, creating an exciting global partnership and endless opportunities. We’re delighted to be working with Robert, Jeff, and everyone at The Shubert Organization and look forward to what we can achieve together at Olympia.

This month, we also hosted a special commemorative plaque unveiling event at Bradford Live to celebrate and recognise the achievements of Lee Craven, Kirsten Branston and Christopher Morrell – the masterminds behind the venue’s comeback.  

Christmas is fast approaching, and our venue teams continue to ramp up the excitement factor, with panto launches happening in the most magical of locations. From Eastbourne beach to Lydiard Park, Titchfield Abbey to Wagamama. These fabulous locations and fun photo shoots help our teams create imaginative content, which become major talking points and important sales drivers for our shows. These launches involve lots of planning, coordination, and collaboration, so well done to all our venue teams on a successful start to panto season!
