Where do you work and what do you do?
Danny, Mark & Holly (Bar Supervisors): We are the Theatre Royal Sydney Bar Team! We serve customers food and beverages for them to enjoy while they watch our shows.

What makes your Team work so well?
Danny, Mark & Holly (Bar Supervisors): Our team has a very strong and fun work culture. We take care of each other, always ensuring that we serve with enjoyment and excellence.

Favourite stage production of all time and why?
Mark: SIX the musical. It’s fun, light-hearted and the music is great.
Danny: The Mousetrap. It’s a classic that never gets old to me!

Mark: Hozier Expanded Edition – Hozier
Danny: Blonde – Frank Ocean

Best ever gig?
Mark: Hozier: Wasteland Baby!
Lauren: Bastille

Jaxon: Dead Poets Society

Who’s the most famous person you’ve ever met?
Mark: Mel B – We served her at Theatre Royal Sydney!
Jaxon: Michael Fassbender

Favourite holiday destination and why?
Lauren: Mallorca, Spain, because it has both the historical culture and architecture but also vibrant scenery to immerse yourself in.
Chris: Lebanon is my favourite because there is such a rich culture. There’s also so much terrestrial variety for such a small country.

Who is your hero and why?
Holly: Steve Irwin for his passion and ecological vision.
Jaxon: Michael Sheen – his performances and activism is inspiring.

How will you be celebrating Christmas this year?
Dylan: Having barbecues with family under the hot sun.
Jaxon: I’ll be heading up to Queensland to spend time with family.
