Reporting to the Head of Finance – Venues, the Management Accountant will work with the finance team to ensure timely delivery of all aspects of financial reporting for our busy theatres. The role will be jointly responsible for managing and developing junior staff, and will drive forward best practice in all processes, promoting team work to deliver first class financial guidance and support to our venues. This role will drive accurate financial information for group reporting and help to implement robust systems and processes future proofing the department and staying ahead of our ever-changing business.

An exciting opportunity has also arisen for an Assistant Accountant to join the finance team for Productions, based in the Woking office. Key Responsibilities include: Processing weekly payment runs, petty cash, expenses, and credit cards; processing weekly payrolls including overseas artists and making payments; assisting with the preparation of the weekly production accounts, preparing the cycle royalty statements for payment and distribution to royalty holders; and weekly Bank reconciliations.
