We’re excited to launch our new Smarter Working Hub, a central resource designed to help colleagues make the most of technology to work more efficiently, reduce repetitive tasks, and free up time for more important activities.

What’s New?

The Smarter Working Hub brings together guidance, training, and practical examples covering:

• Microsoft Copilot and how it can support day-to-day tasks
• Power Automate and opportunities to automate manual processes
• Approved AI tools available across the business
• Real-world use cases and success stories from across the Group
• Current Smarter Working initiatives and upcoming technology improvements

The Hub also provides a place for colleagues to submit ideas for automation, AI agents, or process improvements, which will be reviewed by the Smarter Working Group.

Weekly Copilot Bites

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing short, practical Copilot Bitesize Learning videos. These quick training sessions will include tips, tricks, and real-life examples to help you get more value from Microsoft Copilot and discover smarter ways of working.

Upcoming Webinars

We’re also launching a series of interactive Copilot webinars, offering a deeper dive into Copilot’s capabilities across Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and more. These sessions will help colleagues understand how AI can be used safely and effectively to save time and improve productivity.
