We meet some of the latest new faces to join TE!
RINGO YU

What’s your new TE role and where are you based?
I am the Education Events Manager based in the Woking office.
Where did you previously work?
I worked in Hong Kong before.
What’s your career highlight so far?
I have over 20 years of expertise in the theatre and event industry, including work on Cats and Les Misérables Tours in Hong Kong. Additionally, I have contributed to some amazing events like the Facebook HK and Taiwan office openings and David Beckham’s LA Galaxy tour in Hong Kong.
What are you most looking forward to about working at TE?
I am thrilled to combine my two passions through my role at Stagecoach, which involves theatre and engaging with the new generation. I look forward to creating more happy memories with all stakeholders at Stagecoach and making new friends.
REBECCA GREAVES

What’s your new TE role and where are you based?
Venue Administrator, White Rock Theatre
Where did you previously work?
World Squash Federation & Bupa Global
What’s your career highlight so far?
Being part of a team at Bupa Global who relocated the Operations Department from the Head Office in Brighton over to the Dubai office.
What are you most looking forward to about working at TE?
Learning new skills and being part of global team with a passion for theatre, live music, and the Arts.
LEWIS LAMBERT

What’s your new TE role and where are you based?
I am the new Management Accountant working for Stagecoach and Helen O’Grady, under Trafalgar Education based in Woking.
Where did you previously work?
My previous role was an Assistant Management Accountant based on Oxford Street for a media-tech company called Peach Media, which lasted over two and a half years.
What’s your career highlight so far?
Being part of a team who successfully implemented a whole new financial software (sad, I know!) in my last company. It took over a year to fully test and go live, but to have that experience under my belt was worth it.
What are you most looking forward to about working at TE?
I am looking forward to seeing the results of the job that Stagecoach does and how they help kids of all ages come out of their shell and enjoy the service that we provide.
AMBER ALLEN

What’s your new TE role and where are you based?
I am Helen Enright’s new PA and I will be based on the 8th floor in the Strand office.
Where did you previously work?
I used to work at the Oxford Robotics Institute at Oxford University planning their external robotic experiments.
What’s your career highlight so far?
At the ORI a career highlight of mine was organising our research exhibition at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2022! Fast cars and robots – what’s not to love? So far at TE, being invited to theatre press nights is an absolute highlight! Such a great perk for a theatre nerd!
What are you most looking forward to about working at TE?
I am already very excited to be sat in amongst the Production team and being surrounded by the buzz – but I am also looking forward to learning about the business half of ‘show business’ – it’s always been an ambition of mine to run my own theatre company and where best to learn how to do that successfully than right here!
NICOLA ANDERSON

What’s your new TE role and where are you based?
Head of Campaign Management for the Wycombe Swan, Crewe Lyceum, the Orchard Dartford, White Rock Hastings and the Pavilion in Glasgow.
Where did you previously work?
I started my career in theatre at the Barbican Centre and Shakespeare’s Globe before moving into wider attractions, but most recently I led the brand and campaigns team at the V&A to deliver all the public facing marketing activities for exhibitions, events, a major new museum and the V&A brand.
What’s your career highlight so far?
When I worked as a Marketing Manager at English Heritage, I was project champion for our national series of winter illuminated lights trails – our most commercially important events of the year. I led a cross-functional team to review the product, content, market positioning, audiences and communications strategy which resulted in us increasing sales by 48% year on year. Plus visiting all the events made for a very fun December!
What are you most looking forward to about working at TE?
I’m really excited to be back in the world of theatre and to work on such a diverse programme. I’m excited to understand the venues and tailor our strategies to the audiences and priorities for each theatre. My Scottish granny is pretty chuffed I’m working on Glasgow too!
