Trafalgar Entertainment and its subsidiary companies are committed to ensuring that the organisation is truly inclusive, diverse and anti-racist.

By the end of 2021 all practices and policies will be inclusive by instinct across the group and adhere to our values and principals.

To help drive this initiative, we established a working group with members from across the various businesses with a goal to identifying needs and mapping out a path to implement change.

The working group is looking for additional members, and is actively looking to diversify the group.

The group aims to meet approximately six times a year, and everyone is involved in inputting and shaping company wide strategy and policies.
