The Churchill Theatre has received a Gold Award for customer service from the Bromley Business Improvement District (BID) – scoring 99% – following a recent mystery shopper visit.

Bromley BID is funded by the local businesses to improve everyone’s experiences in the town.

Chris Glover, Theatre Director, said: “Congratulations to team Bromley for being awarded Gold following a mystery shop by the Bromley BID – achieving 99%!

“The report commented on the welcome, staff energy and presentation, and how well the staff members worked together as a team.”
