BIG SCREEN DEBUT FOR THE KING AND I
On 29 November, Trafalgar Releasing is bringing the multi-award winning and critically acclaimed Lincoln Center Theater’s production of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s The King And I live from London’s iconic Palladium Theatre to cinemas around the world.
Featuring one of the finest scores ever written including the much-loved Whistle a Happy Tune, Getting to Know You, and Shall We Dance, The King and I is comprised of a company of over 50 world-class performers.
Saskia van der Lingen from Trafalgar Releasing, said; “We’re so excited to be bringing this production to cinemas, which features Tony Award winner Kelli O’Hara as Anna alongside Tony and Oscar nominee Ken Watanabe as the King. Also returning to her Tony Award winning role as Lady Thiang is Ruthie Ann Miles.
