CAROL’S CROCHET CLUB

If you fancy taking up a new hobby in 2025, then look no further than our very own Carol Newton from the People Team, who is launching a Crochet Club!

Crochet extraordinaire Carol said: “I’ve been asked by several people whether I could organise an after work crochet club with the intention of teaching beginners or help those that can, advance further. I am self-taught myself and love a challenge!

“I propose meeting every two weeks or so, and the first date I have available is Thursday 30 January at 5.30pm. If you are interested or have any queries, please drop me an email.”

Carol added: “You don’t have to have any experience at all and I can provide equipment and wool to begin with to see if you enjoy it. So, we can take it from there, but please don’t go out and buy anything for now.”

All these designs are Carol’s own amazing creations!
