Trafalgar Tickets – UKinbound Awards For Excellence Ticketing Provider of the Year 2024

UKinbound has celebrated the achievements of UK tourism businesses, organisations and individuals at its Awards for Excellence ceremony on 26 September.

Fifteen awards were presented in front of over 320 travel and tourism professionals at the association’s 2024 Awards for Excellence Gala Dinner, which took place at Liverpool Cathedral. 

Following self-nomination, the winners were decided by a panel of independent judges from across the tourism industry – Kay Greenway (Director, Cruise Britain), Richard Toomer (Executive Director of the Tourism Alliance), and Professor Lis Tussyadiah (Dean – Surrey Business School, University of Surrey). 

Joss Croft OBE, CEO UKinbound said: “Our industry has worked incredibly hard over the last 12 months and the Awards for Excellence recognise and celebrate the companies, organisations and individuals that have made a significant contribution to the continuing success of the inbound tourism industry. I would like to extend a huge congratulations to all the winners.”

The Awards for Excellence were presented during the association’s Annual Convention which took place at St George’s Hall in Liverpool on 25 September and Liverpool Football Club on 26 September.  

The event featured an influential line-up of speakers including a keynote address from Scott O’Neil, CEO of Merlin Entertainments, an update from VisitBritain and insights from Dr James Kennell from the University of Surrey.
