It’s been almost a year since our first Australian venue, Theatre Royal Sydney, reopened its doors, and now the venue has announced five new full-time positions with three staff members stepping into newly created roles.

Vanessa Denis will take on the new role of Sales & Partnerships Manager and brings a wealth of experience and creativity beyond her ticketing expertise, including a passion and diverse understanding of wines and hospitality.

Matilda Dwyer has been promoted to the new role of Ticketing Services Manager. After working her way through the ranks from Assistant to Supervisor and now Manager, Matilda will take on the responsibilities of the Ticketing Manager and their Box Office operations.

Zachary Bush has been appointed Venue Operations Manager and will oversee the management of both the bar and front of house operations. Zachary has been an instrumental part of the Theatre Royal Sydney team as the Front of House Manager and established a high standard patrons now come to expect when attending Theatre Royal Sydney.

The new positions of Bar Duty Manager and Cellar Person expect to be filled shortly, along with hiring a replacement for Front of House Manager.
