What makes your Team work so well?

Oli – We challenge one another but never with hostility. It’s supportive and all round a good bunch of people.
Catherine – Humour!
Favourite stage production and why?

Who is your hero and why?
David – My hero is my Mum, who died in 2018, who sacrificed so much being a parent and faced any problems with a resilience I’ve never known in anyone else!
Catherine – Dolly Parton! She may be best known for her music, but she has undoubtedly proven herself to be an incredible leader and humanitarian through her generosity, humility, inclusiveness, expertise and passion. Her Imagination Library has delivered more than 165 million books to children around the world, she donated $1 million towards the development of the Moderna vaccine and employees at Dollywood who pursue a college degree will have their tuition, associated fees and books 100% covered by the theme park.
Oli – Dario Fo. Socialist writer who was constantly attacked and vilified, never changed his view that we are all people and deserve respect and support. His wife was kidnapped and raped, together they wrote and performed a show mocking the attackers and proving the human spirit is unbreakable after such trauma.
