This is Team Trafalgar Entertainment! Another year has passed and colleagues from across the Group gathered at St Martin’s Lane Hotel in London for its annual Management Away Day with the theme of OUR PEOPLE, OUR VALUES.

The day provided the chance to reflect on our second full year of trading, celebrate achievements and share ambitions for 2020 and beyond. Attendees also engaged in a workshop designed to get everyone thinking about our new four key company values: CREATIVITY, COLLABORATION, EXCELLENCE and RESPECT.

We also unveiled our new company mission statement:

“We connect people through creative, innovative experiences by providing inspiring entertainment for everyone for life.”

And our new vision statement:

“We will grow our entertainment business into a global industry leader that makes us proud: embracing innovative ideas and partnerships, seeking out new markets and cultures”

2019 was also another year of growth for the Trafalgar Entertainment family which now comprises Trafalgar Studios, Trafalgar Theatre Productions, Trafalgar Releasing, Stagecoach Performing Arts, Jonathan Church Theatre Productions, London Theatre Direct, Luke Shires Marketing Chiswick Cinema and More2Screen.
