Last month, Theatre Royal Sydney hosted an important and insightful event that delved deep into the economic and touristic significance of arts and culture in Sydney.

This event was held in conjunction with Business Sydney and was attended by over 150 influential Government dignitaries and various businesspeople.
 
In attendance was the Honourable John Graham, MLC Minister for the Arts, Minister for Music and the Night-Time Economy and Minister for Jobs and Tourism as well as the CEO of Destination NSW and the 24 Hour Economy Commissioner.

There were two panel discussions including ‘Unlocking The Night: Reform and the Future of the Night-Time Economy and Entertainment Industry’ and ‘Sydney’s Cultural Currency: The Economic and Touristic Significance of Arts and Culture’.

Theatre Royal Sydney were proud to host such an event which was very well received and appreciated.
