STAGECOACH SUMMER SHOWCASE BRINGS STUDENTS TOGETHER
Stagecoach students from Malta, Scotland and across the UK worked tirelessly to put together a spectacular performance of the Wizard of Oz.
The next generation of stars secured their roles through a competitive, in-person audition process earlier in the year, and were chosen from hundreds to take part in the event which was open to students across Stagecoach’s global network.
After successfully passing through the audition phase, students took part in a two-week residential course at St Mary’s, Twickenham, training under the guidance of industry professionals.
Summer Showcase was meant to return to the live stage on Thursday 12th August. Unfortunately, the show was unable to go ahead, due to a number of positive Covid tests. Our students and their families, creatives, crew and events team all worked extremely hard to put this show together!
Here is our wonderful cast singing ‘Somewhere Over the Rainbow’ on what was their last day together.
