This service is a line where staff can safely raise and discuss their concerns and welfare challenges, including mental health, support being provided by a psychotherapist or psychologist. Providing a duty of care that supports mental health challenges experienced as a result of disclosure or even post Covid conditions, including depression, anxiety or other disorders. This is a unique duty-of-care service for the whole Group.
