MEET THE EASTBOURNE TEAM

Let’s meet some of our new colleagues at Eastbourne Theatres!

Chris Jordan – Theatre Director
Chris is the head of and creative lead of the organisation. He also produces the theatre’s in-house shows, including the annual pantomime and recently won Best Director at the 2025 Pantomime Awards.

Neil Jones – General Manager
Neil is the operational lead of the theatres with oversight of front of house, technical, facilities and bars across Congress Theatre, Devonshire Park Theatre, Welcome Building, and Winter Garden.

Yvette Jay – Finance & Administration Manager Yvette is responsible for all things finance, budgets and theatre administration across all venues.

James Luff – Technical Manager
James heads up the technical team at Eastbourne Theatres and oversees all technical aspects of both incoming and in-house productions across all venues.

Majella Cunningham – Conference and Hospitality Manager
Majella heads up the Conference and Events section in Eastbourne Theatres with particular focus on the Winter Garden and its live events, plus catering and hospitality, including the theatres café.

Suzanne Hopp – Theatres Marketing Manager
Suzanne heads up the marketing team at Eastbourne Theatres with responsibility for the marketing of all shows and events on sale at the venues.

Scott Lynch – Facilities & Operations Manager
Scott heads up the team responsible for the upkeep and maintenance at all of the venues, ensuring the buildings are well maintained and safe for our visitors. He and his team also support the varied setups within the numerous conference spaces at Devonshire Quarter.   

Stacey Barnes – Visitor Services Manager / Acting Customer Experience Manager
Stacey currently divides her time between managing the Visitor Services team and leading the ushers and duty managers at shows and events.

Alex Robinson – Live Events Manager
Alex overseen the live events in the Winter Garden, ensuring that they are well staffed, well stocked and run safely and smoothly.

Ryan Tate – Head of Lighting
Ryan is responsible for all things lighting at our shows and events

Jason Wylie – Head of Stage
Jason looks after all things stage related for all three venues including get ins and get outs. He also does production and stage management for our in-house productions.

Charlie Tipler – Head of Sound
Charlie is responsible for all things sound and AV-related at our shows and events. He was recently nominated for Best Sound at the 2025 Pantomime Awards.

Kevin Pallister – Finance & Administration Coordinator
Kevin looks after theatre admin, contracts and settlements for all shows and events. A former TV and stage actor, he still gets occasionally recognised for one of his high profile roles in a well known TV soap!

Lisa Wheatley – Conference Sales Representative
Lisa is responsible for generating conference and event sales for our busy venues and for ensuring their smooth running from booking through to delivery.

Kirsty MacPherson – Box Office Manager
Kirsty is responsible for looking after the Box Office, ensuring all shows go on sale in a timely way, and all Box Office reporting and reconciliations.

Nicky Dyson-Rooke – Catering Supervisor
Nicky manages the DQ Cafe and oversees all Catering events that happen over the site. She is responsible for staffing, setting up, delivering and clearing away, making sure to communicate with all other departments to make sure guests have the most pleasurable experience!
