Keeping iTrent up-to-date

HR would like to remind all staff to please log into iTrent and check your personal details on your Employee/Casual Self-Service (ESS/CSS); this includes address, contact details, bank details, next of kin, as well as any sensitive information.

To do this, please:

• log into your ESS/CSS
• Go to the top left-hand corner and click on ‘view profile’.
• Here you can click on areas to change your general information such as address, email, telephone etc.
  • Action: Remember to add/update emergency contact details; this is really important should you become ill or an incident occur at work.
• Please then go to ‘Confidential Information’, at the top of that same landing page and select ‘sensitive information’.
  • Action: It would be helpful to understand our workforce better if you could add information here – when seeking to improve business performance, robust data is a vital ingredient. Personal data can also help to influence policy change and workplace cultures.

So, if you haven’t already, please visit iTrent and update your profiles today!

Applying for a job internally

Great news! If you currently work for Trafalgar Entertainment, or one of its subsidiaries, in any capacity and wish to apply for an internal job vacancy, you can now do so via the link in your ESS/CSS which will take you to the Job Portal.

To do this:

• Click on the downward arrow next to the head top right (utility menu), click on useful links, then select job portal – see below.
• Search through our current vacancies and if interested, apply online and it takes you straight into the application process. 
• Any data already held in iTrent (as part of your current role) will automatically populate the application form, making the process easier for you and prevents duplications!
