This month’s Guest Experience reports have shown some brilliantly high scores, the experience related questions score excellently, but in most cases, there is some work to do in steps-of-service and sales related criteria.

For example, having promotions running in retail areas that are visible and impactful is a key sales opportunity which is being missed in most venues.

Information giving in restaurants regarding pre-ordering drinks, returning for dessert at the interval and basic check-backs are being missed.

Reports indicate a sustained improvement in website and booking ease, accuracy of information and cleanliness of spaces which is excellent to read.

I am delighted to confirm that for the second time in three month’s White Rock have hit the 100% Perfect Venue Award! Well done to Gavin, Nadine and the entire team on another stunning result. We also have four Star of the Show awards to celebrate and a rare Standing Ovation presentation!

It also gives me great pleasure to share that Charlotte Young at Beck Theatre, Hayes has been awarded the impressive Standing Ovation accolade by Theatre Director Steve Sargeant. Well done and congratulations to Charlotte.
