Welcome to the November edition of Ensemble. I hope you’re all keeping well.

I recently received a call from a disabled customer to say what fantastic service she’d received from Julie Stubbs in the Contact Centre. The customer in question attends several of our venues on a regular basis and told me that the service we provide is excellent. We really appreciate the hard work, high standards and work ethic of our dedicated teams, and it’s really lovely to hear such positive feedback about the company, so congratulations – and thank you – to Julie in light of this recognition. In this month’s Ensemble, we celebrate the success of our ticketing teams and look at some of their recent achievements.

Also this month, with Christmas just around the corner, we have a round-up of all the pantomimes set to entertain families in our regional venues; there’s an update from The Chiswick Cinema, where the venue continues to raise the bar in terms of community engagement and industry collaboration projects; and we catch up with our colleagues at Theatre Royal Sydney, where The Rocky Horror Show is about to kick off its 50th anniversary celebrations. Plus, read all about a fearless team from the Beck Theatre who are taking on a 10km Tough Mudder challenge to help raise funds for the venue’s Summer Youth Project.
