Where do you work and what do you do?
I’m the Customer Contact Team Manager for HQ Theatres. The team was established in August last year and currently facilitate calls for 10 Theatres across the group. We are based at the Cliffs Pavilion in Southend.

Describe yourself in 3 words!
Loyal, Conscientious, Team Player. 

Favourite stage production and why?
The Drowning Man – A Hollywood Fable, although not a conventional stage production, I was blown away by its immersive style, allowing for unique personal journey that can be enjoyed on repeat, each different from the last.

Favourite album?
To name just one, would be Tracy Chapman.

Best ever gig?
Sir Rod Stewart at the Cliffs Pavilion. It was a privilege to host such a great legend, the building was truly electric. 

Top 3 films of all time?
Remembering the Titans, Pirates of the Caribbean Trilogy, The Shawshank Redemption.

What’s your go to TV binge boxset?
Friends is always a winner!

Favourite holiday destination and why?
Safari – Kruger National Park. On every visit I have felt a sense of calm, I complete escape from the chaos of modern day living. With new experiences at every turn.

Your Greatest sporting achievement?
Extreme quad biking in South Africa whilst in the midst of oncoming bush fires!

What’s your cooking masterpiece?
I’m well known for my Lasagne and will never reveal my secret recipe.

Who is your hero and why?
My biggest heroes are my family, they have always been right by side through everything, their belief and support unwavering. Alongside them, would be Mr Chris Walters, General Manager at the hotel in which I spent the first 9 years of my career. His guidance continually tested me to never give up in the times of adversity. That it is not all about having fancy products, it’s about the customer experience and most importantly your team, once you cracked that you can achieve anything!
