Terri McCann, Creative Learning Manager at Orchard Theatre Dartford, recently “Braved the Shave” for MacMillan Cancer Support.

Terri’s “hairdresser” was none other than Matt Holt, The Orchard’s Groups & Sales Officer!

Terri said: “My hair was making me feel so unattractive, for various reasons it was dry and thin and looking like I was auditioning for Aunt Sally.

“I decided enough was enough, and Matt Holt said I should do it for Brave the Shave. So, the plan was hatched and on the 29 July the hair was gone and with it a wonderful expression of feminine freedom while also raising money for a great cause.”

We think you did a great job, Matt! And Terri, you look fabulous!
