GREAT GUEST EXPERIENCES

Our Hospitality Director, Mark Hollington, updates us on the latest Hospitality reports.

July’s Mystery Guest reports have delivered a wide range of results, although there are no ‘Perfect Venue’ 100% scores this month, there are some brilliantly close results from G Live, Beck and the Arts Centre. The lower scoring reports contained generally positive narrative, but points were lost in ‘steps of service’ questions and accuracy of websites/ease of website navigation.

The Beck’s report has particularly positive commentary regarding the team which deserves highlighting – “All the staff members that I interacted with were excellent. They displayed energy and enthusiasm.”

It’s fantastic to read that ‘upselling’ questions were the most improved this month – well done to everyone for putting such an effort in here.

This month’s score board:
G Live, Guildford 98%
The Beck, Hayes 98%
Swindon Arts Centre 95%
New Theatre, Cardiff 91%
Wycombe Swan, High Wycombe 91%
Cliffs Pavilion, Southend 88%
Churchill Theatre, Bromley 88%
Wyvern Theatre, Swindon 88%
Crewe Lyceum, Crewe 88%
Orchard Theatre, Dartford 82%
White Rock, Hastings 90%
Palace Theatre, Southend – no visit this month

★★★★ STARS OF THE SHOW ★★★★
This month we have three excellent examples of Star of the Show being awarded by our guests. Well done and congratulations to:

Marc Garcia – Wyvern Theatre
Georgianna Vanderkolk-Pellow – New Theatre
Marlaya Collicot – Wycombe Swan

The team at the Wycombe Swan received a ‘show-stopping’ review for their pre-show dining offer in local publication Hiya Bucks this month!
