Meet Dean Marriner, TE’s new Learning & Development Specialist and learn about a new training scheme coming soon!

Dean recently joined TE’s HR department and his plan is to raise capability and shape the HR learning and development offer to the business. He is focussed on creating a capability and career development framework, to strengthen our talent pool and succession planning. Dean is currently working on the creation of a Learning Management System, which will be available to everyone to increase their skills and knowledge.

On the personal front, Dean is from Andover, Hampshire, and has two sons (aged 11 & 7). He also plays guitar for a ‘gothic folk’ trio called Poison and Wine and he’s having a mountain wedding in British Columbia in September!

Launching soon is TE’s new Learning Management System called “Stage to Excellence” which will open the door to online learning courses available to all. The final courses are being uploaded to the platform during the beginning of August and after some testing there will be a gradual roll-out over a three-month period.
