TEAM OF THE MONTH: TRAFALGAR THEATRE FOH
Meet our brand new Team of the Month!
Where do you work and what do you do?
We are the Front of House Team at Trafalgar Theatre. We do a range of different jobs from greeting patrons, serving drinks, selling programmes, and telling people the spoon is in the lid of the ice cream tub! Overall, we are here to ensure the patrons have a wonderful time at Trafalgar Theatre and that their visit is safe and enjoyable.
What’s been the biggest challenge for the Team since the venue reopened post Covid?
It was initially difficult to keep up with the ever-changing regulations and figuring out the best way to ensure patrons and staff were staying safe but still able to enjoy the show. The team pulled together and overcame these initial challenges quickly which meant Trafalgar Theatre was able to open and run as smoothly as possible (along with a lot of hand sanitiser).
What makes your Team work so well?
We all get along really well! Everyone has a great sense of humour and are always willing to help each other out. New staff always mention how easily they’ve settled in because the team are so friendly and want each other to succeed. There’s also a constant supply of snacks in the staff room which always helps after a challenging shift!
