Trafalgar Entertainment held its first ever Away Day at the St Martin’s Lane Hotel in London earlier this month to celebrate 2018  and look towards the future. An inspirational day of shared visions, positivity, creativity, excitement and Christmas dinner!

Rosemary said: “Sharing ideas and expertise across the business is what we want to do – and the Away Day was the first formal chance we’d had to bring all the different businesses together and start building that shared vision and team. Uniting people, building collaboration and harnessing enthusiasm.

“Under the theme of ‘Only Connect’, the presentations on the day were aimed at providing an insight into the different aspects of Trafalgar Entertainment so that we could all look at our collective purpose and priorities. There was a really good mix of experience and energy in the room – of people we’ve worked with before, newcomers with something really exciting to offer and businesses that experience tells me have real potential.

“In the New Year, we’ll be calling for representatives from across the group to join a workshop that will begin to articulate the vision and values for Trafalgar Entertainment. This will form the basis for work that we’ve already started on – looking at the Trafalgar Entertainment brand and how it sits alongside the other brands in our family – all very exciting.”
