Last week the Stagecoach Franchisees were invited to join the team from Stagecoach Head Office to enjoy an action packed outdoor residential at Condover Hall in sunny Shropshire.

Upon arrival guests were greeted with a welcome meeting where they were split into teams and given a list of challenges which they were to complete over the next 24 hours! Some were team challenges and some were individual, all of which would gain team points. The fun was certainly about to commence!

The teams took part in a whole range of awesome activities from walking the aerial trek, shimmying up the climbing wall, jumping off the leap of faith, to combating the laser room and taking a spin around the lake in a canoe. However, only one team would be victorious and the team led by Andy Knights were eventually crowned winners!

In good old Stagecoach fashion much fun was had by all and fears were faced with an abundance of Creative Courage!

Stagecoach were delighted that David Bradbury could join them for their team building event. Dave said: “I really enjoy taking part in events like Tough Mudder so I loved every minute of the residential and would like to say a huge thanks to everyone at Stagecoach for making me feel so welcome. It was a nice opportunity to get to know everyone, meet some of the Principals from around the country and learn more about the business.”
