KATYA AND AIMEE SHINE AT THE CHISWICK CINEMA
Strictly Come Dancing’s Katya Jones and two-time Team GB Winter Olympian Aimee Fuller put on an animated display as they attended a special screening and Q&A of Celebrity Hunted in aid of Stand Up To Cancer at The Chiswick Cinema last month.
The two stars, who featured on the hit Channel 4 show in April, made an appearance at the cinema for a special fundraising evening for the charity. Event tickets were complimentary with donations collected for SU2C on the night and admin booking fees donated by The Chiswick Cinema.

Coming soon to The Chiswick is a Royal Paintbox Q&A with the Director, featuring the then Prince Charles talking through the Royal Art Collection.
Shot in the spectacular landscapes of Balmoral, Birkhall, Highgrove, Windsor Castle, Frogmore and Osborne House, Royal Paintbox features artworks by members of the Royal Family down the centuries.
The cinema also welcomes Director John Madden for a 25th anniversary screening of the critically-acclaimed Shakespeare in Love.
Starring Gwyneth Paltrow, Joseph Fiennes, Geoffrey Rush, Colin Firth and Judi Dench, the film was a huge hit in 1998.
And finally, The Chiswick Cinema bids a sad farewell to its General Manager, Kathryn Smith next week.

Chris Parker said, “The Chiswick Cinema’s incredible General Manager Kathryn Smith is sadly leaving us to move on to a new opportunity.
“The whole team want to wish her a heartfelt thank you for all the passion, patience, determination and enthusiasm in bringing them together and steering a new, independent cinema and restaurant through its opening.
“It’s been a long difficult journey but through her considerate leadership they’ve forged some lifelong friendships; had space to grow professionally and personally; and established an exciting cultural and community destination in the process.
“We are so sad to lose her, but are thrilled for her and her exciting new opportunity. We wish her all the best and remind her she’s welcome to drop in anytime (though the booking fee will apply). Thank you for everything!”
