WELCOME – APRIL 2019
Welcome to the April edition of Ensemble. I hope you all had a lovely sunny Easter weekend.
We’re delighted to have moved into our new offices on Wolsey Walk in Woking town centre. Howard and I live in Surrey and have based our work here and in London for over two decades.
DRESSED TO IMPRESS AT OLIVIER AWARDS
Following a sold out record-breaking season at the world famous London Palladium last summer, The Lincoln Center Theater production of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s The King and I won the award for Best Costume Design at this year’s Olivier Awards thanks to the sumptuous costumes designed by Catherine Zuber.
A LEAP OF FAITH!
Last week the Stagecoach Franchisees were invited to join the team from Stagecoach Head Office to enjoy an action packed outdoor residential at Condover Hall in sunny Shropshire.
Upon arrival guests were greeted with a welcome meeting where they were split into teams and given a list of challenges which they were to complete over the next 24 hours!
COOL BRITANNIA!
Acclaimed theatre company The Wardrobe Ensemble, in co-production with Royal & Derngate, Northampton and Shoreditch Town Hall, will bring the The Scotsman Fringe First Award and The Stage Edinburgh Award winning, smash-hit production Education, Education, Education to Trafalgar Studios from 31 May to 29 June. The show will be presented in the West End by Trafalgar Theatre Productions and Eilene Davidson.
QUESTION TIME FOR BRIAN
Last week, cinema audiences celebrated the return of Monty Python’s Life of Brian to the big screen to mark the film’s 40th Anniversary.
