TE staff have been getting out and about this month!

Jeffrey Brady, Sarah Cant and Jason Culverwell from our Production team attended the UK Theatre and Touring Symposium at the Barbican Conservatory last month.

This was the first time in three years that the Symposium had taken place, bringing together theatre professionals from across the UK to highlight the issues facing the sector as present, and to explore solutions to improve the landscape for theatre in 2022 and beyond.

The networking drinks session at the end of the event was sponsored by Trafalgar Theatres.

And staff from some of our regional venues recently won a competition to see the Pet Shop Boys at the O2 in London, complete with full VIP hospitality!

Earlier this year, Paul Lawman from Hospitality, announced a competition to all venues to improve on the training completion for casual staff – Level 2/food hygiene/allergen awareness.

As a result, Connor Harper (G Live Guildford), Vivien Harvey (The Beck Theatre), Zoe Harris (Wycombe Swan) and Lynn Best (The Beck Theatre) enjoyed a night in the O2 Suite owned by Reynolds, who supply food and beverages to our venues.
