THE STORYMAKERS TALE AT CHURCHILL THEATRE BROMLEY
Churchill Theatre Bromley’s Creative Learning department recently joined forces with the venue’s longstanding freelance drama tutor, Suzie Pope, to develop a brand-new piece of theatre for very young audiences, The StoryMakers Tale, which debuted over the Easter holidays.
The show emerged from the successful weekly StoryMakers classes – devised and developed by Suzie, who was keen to create a one-woman production to develop her ideas.
This exciting 50-minute production, with original songs and lots of audience participation had a sell-out 4 day run in the Churchill Theatre Studio.
Featuring a cast of hilarious characters, Bromley’s StoryMaker took the audiences on an unforgettable journey including a starstruck crab, a lovesick pig, and a lot of suitcases!
