Welcome to the February edition of Ensemble.

As you all know, colleagues from our West Byfleet office and Stagecoach HQ are relocating to a brand new office development in Woking town centre from April. I’m delighted to announce that the winner of our recent competition to name the three meeting rooms in the new office is Emily O’Dell! Emily’s winning names – SPOTLIGHT, PROJECTOR and LIGHTBOX – are all light sources used across the entertainment industry and indeed within our own company. I really liked the concept and I think the names will look great in the glass.  Our new home will bring us all closer together and provide a fantastic modern working hub for us to connect, share and inspire.

Next week of course, we’ll be seeing many of you at the Vision and Values workshops at Trafalgar Studios. The aim is to develop a mission statement, set of values and brand vision that will be owned by all staff and clearly recognisable by our stakeholders and customers. Your input into the process will be invaluable and we look forward to a creative and productive couple of days. These focus groups are essential in helping us shape the kind of company we want to be, and developing a mission statement that truly reflects our collective ambitions for the future. 

Next month, we’ll have details of our new corporate branding, feedback from the vision and values workshops and a report from the Admissions press night.
