SIR HOWARD PANTER AND DAME ROSEMARY SQUIRE
Joint Co-founders and CEOs
Sir Howard Panter and Dame Rosemary Squire are two of the world’s leading theatre impresarios. Before launching TE in 2017, Howard and Rosemary built from scratch and ran for its first 25 years, one of the world’s largest and most successful live theatre businesses – the Ambassador Theatre Group Ltd (ATG).
Respected advocates for cultural industries in the UK and internationally, the power couple were placed at number one in The Stage 100 for seven consecutive record-breaking years, topped the Evening Standard ‘Power 1000’ Theatre section and were recognised in the Evening Standard’s Progress 1000 list of London’s Most Influential People in the Creative Arts: Theatre section.

In 2013, Howard was knighted for Services to Theatre and in 2018, Rosemary was named Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire in The Queen’s New Year Honours list for services to Theatre and Philanthropy.
As a prominent international theatre producer, Howard is one of the key figures in the arts and entertainment industry with over 40 years’ experience. He is a Director of the Rocky Horror Company Limited and Chairman of the Birmingham Rep Theatre.
Rosemary is the only woman to have won the EY UK Entrepreneur of the Year Award. She is currently Joint Chairman of The Hall for Cornwall in Truro and Chairman of Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts (from Oct 2021).

HELEN ENRIGHT
Chief Financial Officer and Business Development Director
Helen is CFO and Business Development Director for TE. Since joining the business in July 2017 Helen worked on a number of acquisitions and integrations including ticketing, marketing services, digital distribution, production entities and performing arts education. Helen is responsible for business planning, finance, HR and IT and is Chairman of Stagecoach Performing Arts. 
ANDREW HILL
Business Affairs Director
Andrew is TE’s Business Affairs Director. He joined the company in November 2018, having previously practised law in the City of London for over 20 years. At TE, Andrew deals with new corporate acquisitions, legal and compliance issues, and the group’s venue acquisition and development programme, both in the UK and internationally. Andrew has supported TE’s rapid expansion through its complementary business sectors including theatrical venues, boutique club cinemas, ticketing, productions, marketing and Performing Arts education.
DAVID LAZAR
Executive Vice President
David has spent the last 23+ years involved in all areas of commercial theatre including development, production, venue management, presenting, ticketing and international touring for Broadway and West End theatre. As Executive Vice President at TE, David supports the efforts across the entire group including particular focus on theatrical development and production, digital distribution with Trafalgar Releasing, new venue development, and emerging and growth markets such as India and across Asia-Pacific. 
ALEXANDER SCHMIDT
Corporate Finance & Projects Director
Alex is the Corporate Finance and Projects Director for TE. He joined the business in November 2018 and has since acted on all of TE’s investments and acquisitions across digital distribution, production entities, ticketing and performing arts education. He acts as the Operating Partner for Barings, TE’s majority shareholder, and sits on the boards of various TE operating subsidiaries. 
TIM MCFARLANE AM
Executive Chairman, Trafalgar Entertainment – Asia Pacific
Tim is Executive Chairman of Trafalgar Entertainment Asia-Pacific, based in Sydney, responsible for the company’s planned expansion in Australia and Asia Pacific generally. The immediate focus is on the Theatre Royal Sydney, due to open after an extensive refurbishment, in September 2021.
