EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: INGRID HO
Where do you work and what do you do?
I am the new marketing executive at Trafalgar Education, where I am the first point of contact with marketing enquiries for all franchisees across Stagecoach and Drama Kids. I am based in the Woking Office.
Describe yourself in 3 words!
Curious, lateral-thinker, A little chaotic!
Favourite stage production and why?
Dear Evan Hansen. Been in love with the songs since 2015 but seeing it live on the West End brought a whole new meaning to the story.
Favourite album?
‘mama’s boy’ by LANY.
Best ever gig?
5 Seconds of Summer was a pretty nostalgic one, especially since I’d have gone to one as a teenager so seeing them play for a second time 10 years later blew my mind. I was reeling for ages afterwards with the post-show depression!
Top 3 films of all time?
La La Land (I wrote my dissertation on this), The Before Trilogy as a whole (I know, I’m cheating here with 3 films), and Mamma Mia!
What’s your go to TV binge boxset?
The Office or Modern Family.

Favourite holiday destination and why?
My favourite place I’ve ever visited is Madeira, Portugal – everything there was beautiful of course, but I was with someone at the time who made the whole experience simply magical.
A destination I would love to visit one day is somewhere tropical like Hawaii or Bali so I can surf all day, or New Zealand because of all the scenic views and mountains.
Your Greatest sporting achievement?
Haven’t achieved it just yet but come 20th September 2025 I will be swimming two miles in the London Serpentine – which will be my longest continuous swim!
Separately, a life goal of mine is to compete in the World Aquatics Masters Championships (for swimming).
As of current greatest sporting achievement – just knowing how to surf really, it’s changed my life!

Who is your hero and why?
Probably my parents for different reasons – my mom for being the most mature and wisest person I know, and my dad for being the most knowledgeable and hardworking (and somewhat wise) person I know.
What is your cooking masterpiece?
Steak, roasted potatoes and veg, topped with gravy (most likely mushroom).
