AND THE AWARDS GO TO… OUR VENUES!

BRADFORD LIVE

Bradford Live is already proving to be a real winner and the doors haven’t properly opened yet!

The stunning building and architectural design won two awards – Project of the Year and Heritage Plastering – at the 2025 FIS Contractors Awards. Huge congratulations to the teams at Ornate Interiors and Tim Ronalds Architects.

And just last week, the Yorkshire venue won in the category of Regeneration and Conservation at the Constructing Excellence (Yorkshire and Humber) Awards 2025.

The Bradford Live project is now officially a multi-award-winning scheme. We’d best order a bigger awards cabinet! 🙂

G LIVE

Congratulations to everyone at G Live after the venue received the ‘Business of the Year Award’ at the recent Guildford Business Awards.

The G Live team were proud to be nominated in three categories Work in the Community, Night-time Economy, and Customer Service Award (Team) and to make it into the top three in each.

Shelby Best, Customer Experience Manager – Engagement, said: “While we narrowly missed out on taking home those awards, little did we know it was all building up to something even bigger. To our surprise and absolute delight, the judges Keith Churchouse and Esther Dadswell commended us across all areas, which led to us being named Business of the Year! So, huge congratulations to all. Without everyone’s contribution and hard work this wouldn’t have been possible.”

This award recognises excellence across all areas including innovation, customer service, sustainable practices, business growth and positive impact on the local community.

FAREHAM LIVE

Fareham Live has been recognised as ‘Regeneration Project of the Year’ at the South Coast Property Awards 2025.

The awards, hosted by The Business Magazine in partnership with Insider, were entered by Stride Treglown, one of the architects that worked on the redesign of Fareham Live.

The judges described the project as: “A brave, bold and significant expenditure with the ultimate aim of providing both community benefit and kick-starting urban regeneration in an existing town centre. It’s a development that provides both local and regional pride, whilst also bringing economic benefit to the area for years to come”.

Leader of Fareham Borough Council, Cllr Simon Martin, said: “I am delighted that one of the architects behind Fareham Live has been honoured with this prestigious award. It is particularly pleasing to see that the judges recognised all the hard work that went into providing this as a community venue. Fareham Live has already had a significant impact on the regeneration of our town centre, so it’s only right that the architects that helped make it happen have been recognised in this way. Congratulations to Stride Treglown.”
