Exciting news from our Education businesses this month. The HSBC Elite Franchise Top 100 (EF100) was established in 2017 in the UK and this year launched their first publication in Canada. It is a prestigious annual league table and awards program, recognising and celebrating excellence in the franchise community, and aims to identify and showcase the best franchise businesses in Canada, highlighting their growth, innovation, franchisee support, and overall impact. 

Huge congratulations to two of our Trafalgar Education Brands: Stagecoach Performing Arts (Canada) and Drama Kids (Canada) who were both thrilled to be recognised in the top 100 franchises in Canada this year. 

Stagecoach Performing Arts (Canada) also came in as the highest placed performing arts franchise! The team said: “This is an incredible honour and tribute to all of the hard work that our Principals and teachers put in each and every week, making a positive impact in the lives of our students.”

We were further honoured at the awards ceremony in Toronto as Further Stages students from Stagecoach Oakville opened the Gala with a with a wonderful medley from the musical Hairspray – and they completely blew the audience away!

Congratulations also to Emma Bentley, Principal of Stagecoach Performing Arts Chichester on winning the Elite Franchise Top 100 Franchisee Outstanding Achievement of the Year Award 2025!

Stagecoach were so excited to be in the 2025 Top 100 UK Franchises in spot four and Drama Kids had their very first entry at number 86.
