Welcome to the August 2024 edition of Ensemble.

We start this month with some deeply sad news, as we report that Trafalgar Releasing’s Business Affairs Manager, Laura Hood, has sadly passed away.

Marc Allenby leads the tributes to Laura in this newsletter, but I’d like to offer my condolences to Laura’s family and friends, and of course all of her colleagues at Trafalgar Releasing at this difficult time. 

To those of you who were close to Laura, please look after yourselves and help support each other. It’s important that you take time to process the news, to grieve, and reflect. 

Across the group, we enter a period of development and investment with improvement works commencing at Southend’s Cliffs Pavilion, construction work underway at London Olympia, and the finishing touches being made to Fareham Live ahead of the grand opening next month. I’d like to say a big thank you to all the teams who have worked tirelessly on these projects over the past couple of years. Your hard work and passion has been instrumental in bringing our visions to life.
