The Chiswick Cinema Team treated some of their Platinum Members to a behind the scenes tour of the The King and I at the Dominion Theatre before the show ended its London run.

In other Chiswick news, the Team had a stand at the West London Festival of Business 2024 at the West London Chambers in Brentford. A chance to network with local businesses and promote the Private Hires and Event opportunities within the local community.

And Marketing Manager Chris Parker was delighted to be asked to speak at Independent Cinema Office‘s REACH Strategic Audience Development course at the British Film Institute (BFI) recently. Chris said, “It’s been exciting to roll out new strands, grow our own film festival and transform the way the community engage with the cinema. We make a good case for how some simple, low-cost programme collaborations/developments can revitalise your venue, its marketing and its standing.”

Chris also attended his first UK Cinema Association! Chris said, “It was so good to see so many creative cinephiles in one place sharing their experience, passion and ideas, especially with such a challenging year ahead.”
