Steps To Excellence Training for Managers

Introducing “Steps to Excellence,” a training day for managers designed to empower you to set objectives and deliver feedback effectively. Over six hours, you’ll delve into essential strategies and practical techniques that will help with being an effective leader. Over twenty managers have already been to this session and we will be rolling out more dates across the group.

National Apprenticeship Week

Last week, Trafalgar Entertainment joined the nation in celebrating the invaluable contributions of apprenticeships during National Apprenticeship Week. We took this opportunity to recognise the diverse talent and achievements of some of our current apprentices.

Looking ahead, the HR and L&D team are committed to helping the group hire apprentices and get people of all ages in, and returning, to work.

The great thing about hiring an apprentice is that, as a business, we can use the “Apprenticeship Levy” (England) or local devolved government schemes (Scotland & Wales) to cover the cost of the training.

More importantly, you can start to create a succession plan for your team, department, or division from the ground up. Entry salaries are budget-friendly, and the apprentice enters at least a 12-month contract, meaning that with the right nurturing and development, they could be the leaders of tomorrow.
