Welcome to the May edition of Ensemble. I hope you all enjoyed the extra Bank Holiday weekend to mark the Coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla. Once again, all eyes were on the UK (and Trafalgar Theatre as you’ll see!), as the country held a third state event within the space of a year.

Also this month, lots of great initiatives and examples of  collaboration and excellence from around the venues and our Creative Learning teams, we meet our new colleagues in Glasgow, and hear about all the latest productions and screenings. There’s a lot going on!

Trafalgar Releasing recently submitted an Op-Ed to The Business Reporter about the explosion of Event Cinema and the role it is playing in transforming cinemas. It’s a really great article that captures the very essence of Event Cinema and I urge you to have a read if you haven’t already.
